Wow....for awhile there I was doing so well on the blog. Here is a run down of the last 6 weeks that I missed: We took a trip to MO to see my Dad and step-mom. Dad was getting ready for heart surgery which he had two weeks ago. He is better, but boy was it a rough ride. Dad has low platelets (which are what help your blood clot). He has a form of leukemia that has lowered them. The surgery was difficult, and he had to be in ICU for awhile. They actually had to go back in because of internal bleeding. All in all, it went well and the doctor was pleased with his performance and the results. On a side note, on our trip home from MO we lost two bags from the roof of the truck. Obviously, they were not tide down well, so I was miffed with Clyde for about a week!! One was all of my stuff, including my favorite jeans from Old Navy (Bummer!) I had to go shopping when I got home. The other bag was all of our dirty clothes.....some personal favs in that bag too. Since that trip, it has been camps and jewelry parties!! Did I mention I am now a jeweler with Premier Jewelry?? I really like it and have been focused this month on getting my 6 shows in to pay for my new jewelry for the fall. I also get paid 50% on what I make...what a deal, right? I really appreciate all of my friends who had shows for me. They are GREAT!! I mentioned we had camps? JFFC camp, Boy Scout camp, Art camp, we were scheduled for football and baseball camp too. Enough was enough, so I cancelled those! Whew!! Did I mention we do school all year round?? Yep, I have been trying to get school done too. Maybe I can be better with a little consistency. Those of you who are starting new blogs, please let me know!! Love you all!!
